Wild Rice & Butternut Squash Pilaf

Wild rice, brown jasmine rice, roasted butternut squash and dried cranberries with sautéed onions and garlic and topped with roasted pecans, a drizzle of honey and minced herbs.

 

Cranberry Sauce

Fresh cranberries, raspberries, cherries, sugar and lemon zest slowly cooked into a thick and flavorful sauce.

 

Turkey Gravy

Homemade turkey stock, drippings, butter, flour (or GF flour) and herbs cooked down to a rich and decadent gravy.

 

Sweet Corn Pudding

Sweet corn, cheddar, butter, onions, cornmeal, half & half, eggs and fresh thyme.

 

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Roasted, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed with butter, salt and pepper. Optional toppings include: maple pecans, bacon, sage butter or marshmallows.

 

Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes, butter, buttermilk and half & half.
