
Hi, I'm Chef Lauren,
I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious, homemade meal even if they don’t have the time to prepare it themselves.
Possibly the greatest frustration with dinnertime is the time element. The time it takes to plan a weekly menu, the time it takes to shop at the grocery store and of course the time it takes to cook each meal (not to mention the time it takes to clean-up!)
My task as your personal chef is to minimize the burden of mealtime by creating customized menus that your family will love and then preparing those meals in your home kitchen.

What I do:
Work with your family to determine a weekly menu plan that suits everyone’s preferences. On the date of our consultation, we will discuss your specific food preferences and concerns and work together to find an ideal menu plan that works for your family’s needs.
Manage all grocery shopping duties for meals. Once we’ve created a menu plan, we will schedule your first cook date. On that date, I will pick up the groceries needed for the week’s menu.
Prepare and cook all meals in your home kitchen. Once the grocery shopping is complete, I will arrive at your house ready to prepare and cook the meals for the week.
Package and store all meals. All meals will be packaged in containers with simple reheating instructions, ready to be enjoyed!
Clean up. I will clean up after cooking and leave the kitchen looking as if I was never there. All food waste will be composted, and plastic and glass will be recycled.

In addition to my personal chef service, I also offer meal preparation consulting and catering services for small events such as birthdays, dinner parties, and even bachelor/bachelorette parties.
